Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original BOTA Official box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship Your Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
